Webroot Password Manager page for firefox says:

It is highly recommended that you install the native Firefox plugin instead of the Bookmarklets. The Bookmarklets should only be installed in Firefox if you cannot install the native plugin.

I could find no Webroot plugin.  Neither could the Geek Squad after two hours at the issue.  Appreciate some help here from Webroot experts.  Thanks

Hello Tomahawk,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

I may be way off base here but have you tried to use Webroot Toolbar Fix before?

If no, I would recommend you to:

1. Click on the link above and choose "Save File" and save the "toolbarfix.exe" to your Desktop.

2. Shutdown Firefox completely.

3. Double-click on the "toolbarfix.exe" file to run it.

4. When the process is complete, open Firefox again and if you get a message about a "new add-on" click Yes.

You should now see the Webroot Toolbar being "on" and working in Firefox.

If you are still having problems then I'd advise you to issue a Support Ticket and see if they can fix this for you!

Regards,

Tried the webroot toolbar fix and it does not correct the problem.

Hello tomahawk7461,

May I ask if you are using anyother Browsers with this problem?

I'm not sure here if you want to try a clean reinstall and if you do I'll give you the exact instructions.

Otherwise you can issue a Support Ticket free of charge and support will look into this  for you. It's free of charge with a anctive subscription!
