Password does not work for "Sync & Backup" section on console. Works to login to account on website, however.  It worked initially, but after I reinstalled the software it fails to work, message says "username/passord invalid".  I reset the password, and it still worked for the website login, but not the console.  Please advise.

In these circumstances it is usually best to Open a Support Ticket, as most likely the issue relates to a problem in the back office systems and the Support Team as the best in terms of getting that sorted.
