Hello. I have just renewed my subscription and my Password Manager will not work.When trying to access the Password Manager page I get this message   "The page could not be accessed. Please try again later or wait for 5 minutes" I have been dong this for 2 days, Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Community Forum,

 

First of all did you renew your original Webroot with the same keycode or did you renew with a new keycode? if the later then you will need to submit a Support Ticket so that they can transfer your passwords to the new keycode.

 

 I'd like to make sure we're on the same page here. Are you talking about the "Passwords" tab in your "MyWebroot" account? Or are you referring to the "Password Management" section under the "Identity & Privacy" tab within the actual SecureAnywhere program?
