When I try to log into Password Manager it always says to try back in 5 minutes. I logged this into Webroots tech support but has anyone else had this problem?
I haven't seen this error message before - is the issue still happening or have you been able to log in?
It is still happening - I logged a ticket with tech support but haven't heard anything back.
Ok they should get back to you today, hopefully.  Monday is our busiest day in support as a lot of people contact us on the first day of the week.  If you don't hear back let me know and I can ping someone.

I see a note in the ticket that they've fixed the keycode - can you try logging in again to see what happens?  Not sure why they hadn't written back afterwards though.
