Password Manager is blank on my account.  All the information is gone.
Hello Suntu, welcome to the Webroot Community!

Are you able to log into it at all in the Browser?

When you say it is blank, do you mean simply no passwords, but the controls are there, or do you mean completly blank, no controls or anything else?

Thanks!
Clicking on the webroot icon in the upper left corner then typing in the e-mail & password does not work on my laptop running Windows Vista.
When I go to my account at Webroot the Password tab is present but there no longer is anything in the box below it.
I have merged your two Password Manager topics together, there is no need for more than one.

Please submit a Trouble Ticket to have Webroot Support take a look.  There is a known bug at the moment that would cause this problem for you.  While rare, it did happen to hit me a few days ago.  Webroot Support can SOMETIMES get your saved password data back, they were able to in my case.

Hello Suntu,

May I interject here and ask you if you can sign into your online Account Console?

    1. Click here to access the management website.

  1. Click on the "Can't log in?" link in blue next to the Log In button.

If after entering your email address you receive a message stating, "Your account has not been activated," you can have the activation email resent to you. Click the Resend Email button and follow the instructions in the email. If you need assistance confirming your account, click here.

If you get an error stating, "Error(UPW003): The email address you entered does not exist in our system. Please check the email address you entered or use the email address to create an account," click here for solutions.

  4. Type in the answer to your Security Question. This answer is case sensitive.

  5. If answered correctly, you will be sent an email with a link to reset your Password or Personal Security Code as you requested. Click the link in the email to reset your credentials. Once this is done, you should be able to log in normally.
Please let us know if you need more help. Otherwise issue a Support Ticket as David has suggested.
