My password manager quit working today and the error is saying that my account is out of date.  This is not the case.  I renewed in February. 

I tried to submit a ticket and when I enter in my email, it says that they have already communicated with me and it will not go any further.

The password manager was working yesterday.  Is this a common problem or I the only one having problems?

 
Hi Roseeagle...:D If youve received contact by email from Support they would of sent you a password. If they did use the same password and enter into the box even when ittells you that mmessage. ..go ahead and enter PW. See if that works for suppo ticket.

Post back and let the community know if yiu still cant get Support help. It can be confusing when sending out a ticket sometimes.  It fooled me in the beginning too.

Thank You for you response!  However, I am still unable to submit a ticket nor can I access Password manager!  At this point I don't know what to do.  I renewed Webroot and added my new serial number, and I keep getting an error saying that my subscription is out of date.  I tried to reinstall it, and that didn't work either.  I am at my wits end.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems.  There are two places that you can access the Ticketing system, as follows:

 

Open a Support Ticket

 

Check My Support Ticket Status

 

Have you tried one or the other or both; and if both then do you get the same message from each link?  If you have not tried one of them then please try that one and post back to let us know if you have been more successful in contacting the Support Team.

Yes I have tried to submit a ticket and check the status.  I have not been able to submit a ticket so I wasn't sure how the checking on would help, but I did it anyway because the comment it gives me is that I have an open ticket.  HA!  When I try to log in to my password manager I get an error stating that my subcription is out of date. And it isn't.  I renewed in February and it has been working up til that the point I first posted in the this discussion.

 

Please, If you can contact support on my behalf, I would very much appreciate that!

 
This is also very inconvenient for me because I do use the password manager and now I don't know the passwords to most of the sites that I visit!
I tried using PW to get in and it was a no go!
