Hi, I have been using Webroot for about three months on my Lenovo PC.  This week, the password manager won't load/open so I can't use it. Any ideas how to get around this?

I open the Webroot after powering down and rebooting, etc. It was working fine on Windows 8.1 until a couple days ago.

I need you to check something before we continue.  I understand you cannot access the Password Manager from within the browser toolbar, but i need to have you try it from the Account Console.

 

Log into the Console

Click the Passwords tab

See if your Passwords show up or not;

 

Please let me know what happens and we will go from there.
