I just installed Webroot for Home and I want to import all of my passwords from Firefox. It says I need a plugin but there are none available from Firefox. How do I find it?

Are you looking for Password Manager? If you are please go to your browser and see if Password Manager is enabled. Click up in the right hand corner menu bar that look like lines and open up & look for Add Ons and see if Passwpord Manager is enabled.
If you want to transfer your Passwords then look here https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Internet/Transferring-LastPass-passwords-to-the-Webroot-password-manager/ta-p/37694
If you don't have Password Manager then please use Toolbar fix below,
