Password will not work on Webroot secure anywhere when I try to change settings on the desktop.  I can log into mywebroot ok.  After I log in it won't let me contact support.  It  just keeps saying welcome back.  We have already had contact with you.

What do i need to do?

When it says welcome back, have you alrready submitted a trouble ticket for this current issue?  Keep in mind that the Ticket system is like a chat box.. you will see previous tickets and replies.

 

If you have NOT submitted a ticket for this issue, then please add a reply to the conversation.  If you have already done so, then please wait until Support replies.
