I forgot my password used in Accessing Controls under Advanced Tools - I set it differently than my online password but didn't put it in my notes somehow.  I cannot change or undo anything now and don't know how to reset that password.  Please help.

    Please submit a Support Ticket and they can help you get back in .For we are not able to help you with this part of Webroot Control, Advanced  Tools settings.
