Problem with download
I am trying to download on my second laptop. After I download the Anywhere when I hit run nothing happens

You have downloaded the WSA installer to the second machine? Are you sure that the download completed successfully? What site are you downlaoding from?
Please try to download the installer again (for Webroot PC version from here, and for Best Buy PC version from here). Once downloaded please doubl click on the installer making sure that you have your keycode/subscription key to hand as you will need it during the install.
And then let us know what happens.
