Ran complete scan 3 times and active threats still remain. What can cause this?

Is Webroot saying you still have threats that aren't being removed?
Please look here and see if this explains what you are seeing.
Can you tell me what the status and settings are? Open the main interface by right-clicking on the Webroot icon http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/Content/Resources/Images/WebrootIcon.png from the system tray menu, then click View Status. PC User Guide.
