how do I get rid of the redirect internet virus?

If you believe that you have a virus and WSA has not detected it and/or removed it then please Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can look into this for you free of charge (as a WSA user).
Alternatively, if you are tech savvy you can Google "redirect internet virus" and will find a good deal of information/advice as to how to proceed (please note that I am not recommending any of those articles or pieces of advice as the way to proceed...but rather than you contact Webroot Support).
