Removing 'HTML Viewer' on phone?

I got a phone from family and I did a system reboot basically. Factory settings and all that rot. I installyed Webroot complete and got two 'trojan' hits right off the bat. Tell ir to fix the issue, but the **bleep** thing keeps saying 'uninstall unsuccessful'.... is there ANY way to remove these threats from the phone? o.e;;;
 
Both warnings are
 
'HTML Viewer'
com.android.htmlviewer
 
and
 
'data_gospel'
com.android.fallen

    Sorry you must of slipped through the cracks and we missed this post...
     
    To be honest I don't know if these are False Poitives or actually a Trojan/Trojans. Your best bet is to Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active Webroot subscription.They will gladly assist you.
