renewed but no password manager

Renewed, got receipts, activated new keycode, but no password manager is available. Can you advise?

Hey jimbo, has your issue been resolved or are you still in need of assistance?
 
Edit: We haven't heard back from Jimbo in nearly a month, so we have to assume his issue has been taken care of. We'll go ahead and close this thread for now, but we can always reopen it again later if necessary.
