In a related post, Tech Support was able to remove an existing account to allow the user to re-import his passwords without duplicates.  In my case, I imported passwords from RoboForm, however, I ended up with 200 entries with empty names.  Even if I did delete them 1 by 1, I keep getting errors when I try to remove them permently.  I would appreciate it if my account could be removed so that I can start over.

While there are quite a few things we can help with here on the Community, this is not one of them.  We are all volunteers, and so we do not have access to do this here.

 

To have the entire list cleared, all at once, if possible, would need to be done by Support.  Please file a Trouble Ticket with  your issue.
