I sent some request for Reclassification of Websites and select " Receive Notifications " option .

but webroot do not send me Notification to me .
i sent request at 24 march - 28 july - 2 oct - 19 oct & ....

I would suggest creating a support ticket over using the web form for URL Reputation Change Requests - especially if you do not receive a reply that your request has been received or if the request has not been completed. Please submit a ticket with the URLs in question and we'll get those taken care of.

Hopefully they will but keep checking to see if the reputation level has changed and if not then send another request and let us know in this thread as there may be something we can find a way of feeding back via the Community links.
But having said that do give the guys & gals at BrightCloud some time...they have an awful lot of information to shift through and it can take some time.
