Hello venus60!

I'm not at a Windows PC right now but can you check the obvious and see if your mouse in the control panel is set up to right click, Maybe the settings got changed.
Is this a usb mouse, wireless? Are your drivers outdated? Is it only with the right click for Webroot Scan?
I'll do some research and see what I can find out.
Heres a MS website you can check out as well.

Also so isTripleHelix around to assist here? Or Dermont7? have any ideas?

Regards,

Dermot7

Hello venus60 and Welcome.

Please make sure you have it checked in Advanced settings > Scan settings > check & Save.  http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/587/Changing-the-scan-settings

If still not working, then a clean install is advisable:

  • Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish its install scan
  • Reboot once again
If still no luck, then please contact Support: Submit a Support Ticket

Here is a thread, for reference, where same 3 options were advised: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Internet/Right-Click-Context-Menu-Functions-Scan-and-Permanently-Erase/m-p/68739

Thanks for your Reply.
I am using the latest Version on Window 8.1 new computer, and the mouse is working fine.
Also, the Mouse is working fine.
I used to Right-Click on the file or the folder, and Left-Click on Webroot to scan,,  But now nothing happens.
Thanks.

Hi venus60,

Would you think of doing a system restore maybe to when the right click worked? Just a thought...

Well I'm so sorry about this issue..I'd almost recommend a clean install like mentioned previously. But if you want to wait for one of our other Forum members  maybe  they can assist further..I have another thought have you checked your system for unwanted add ons or bad PUAs?

Regards,
