Hi TommyEquality34
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Ini this circumstance I think that the best thing that you can do is to try an uninstall/clean re-install. You should do this as follows:
If this fails to resolve the problem, you may need to contact Support for assistance.
If your subscription is directly through Webroot, you will need to contact Webroot Support. You can do so by submitting a Support Ticketi, or by phone during business hours. (The online Ticketing system is manned 24/7)
If your subscription is through Best Buy Subscription Software services, you may need to call them at 1-800-GEEK-SQUAD.
Let's see if that has any effect in this case, either way please come back to us and advise, and if necessary we can look at other options to help you.

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

Hello
Try reinstalling Webroot
Click on the Start button and open the Control Panel. You will see either "Uninstall a Program" or "Programs and Features" - double-click whichever option you see. Select the 'Webroot' security product from the list and click 'Uninstall'.
Enter the CAPTCHA code requested and allow the uninstall to complete
Restart your computer after the uninstall is complete.

What OS are you using?

Hi TommyEquality34,
If I may add something to assist in troubleshooting this issue or just for info.
I'm not sure of your OS so your locations could be different than mine (Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit)
I have WSA references in the system registry and msconfig start. If start/run entries are missing from the appropriate locations for your OS it will spell trouble.
-----------------------------
Registry entry location for webroot
ComputerHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun
[String Name=WRSA Value Data="C:Program FilesWebrootWRSA.exe" -ul
MSConfig Start entry
Enabled Key Program Publisher File
Yes HKLM:Run WRSVC Webroot "C:Program FilesWebrootWRSA.exe" -ul
-----------------------------
MSConfig Start entries
Enabled Key Program Publisher File
Yes Startup Common Install Webroot FF RunOnce.lnk Webroot Software, Inc. C:Program Files (x86)Common Fileswruninstall.exe
Yes Startup Common Install Webroot IE RunOnce.lnk Webroot Software, Inc. C:Program Files (x86)Common Fileswruninstall.exe
Disc Location for Webroot Start entries
