I created a new account on my computer. Now when I do a Google search the results do not have the safety information icons. How do I get them back?

@,

If you are using firefox you will want to click the three lines in the top right hand corner and then click on Add-Ons, this will open a new page where you can see all of the extensions you are using. If the filtering extension is present but disabled, simply enable it. If the extension is not present, you will want to uninstall and reinstall Webroot with Firefox closed and then when you re-open firefox you will be prompted to allow the extension.

Please let me know if this helps, or if you are still unable to get the extension working in Firefox.

Best Regards,

Hello @,

Welcome to the Webroot Community.

What browser are you currently experiencing this issue in?

You may have to go into the addons and ensure that the Filtering Extension is enabled.

Please respond back to me here and I would be happy to assist.

Great! I had been looking in Webroot instead of Firefox addons! Mission accomplished!
