sbre
I uninstalled sbre after a notification from running a system check that it was not working properly. Does Webroot install its own SBRE? It is a virtual device driver usually installed by an anti-virus program.

Did you have VIPRE or Ad-Aware installed? If not can you supply more info please? Also I assume you got this info from running System Analyzer?
