For 2 days now, WSA-C has failed to perform the scheduled scan i set up.
I wonder why. Any ideas?

Scans should be running +/- one hour from the scheduled time. Technicians will need to collect diagnostic logs to investigate further. Please Open a Support Ticket and they will respond as soon as possible.

Hello Herve are you looking for it to scan at an exact time let's say 1:00PM or it doesn't do any scan like within an hour? If it is the first you have to uncheck this setting for an exact scan time. Let me know then we can go further into it.@ wrote:

Thank you to Daniel too, always in "due time" to help me to get out of problems as a true guru he is 🙂. I have unticked the "randomize etc..." line as you suggested and i'll see tomorrow if it solves my issue.. I'll keep you informed.
