Hi ssd
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Would you please give us a bit more information as to in what way they don't work'? Do they start but freeze? Do you click the appropriate button and nothing happens? We need a little more to go on to be able to help.
Many thanks in anticipation.

Hi ssd
OK, have you tried rebooting to see if this is just a temporary glitch? If not please do so and if that does not clear the issue for you then I would recommend that you undertake a clean reinstall of WSA, as follows:

- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

I agree with Baldrick, but this thread might be worth a read also: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/scheduled-scan/m-p/9546#M804
Ordinarily I would agree with you, Dermot, but in this case the Scheduler has been in use previously, and seems to have stopped working. :(@ wrote:

Indeed Baldrick, and a clean install is recommended in link (in option given in Support reply) I gave also. I suppose I was trying to draw attention to the Admin rights mostly.@ wrote:
