When users search a MD5 at this link  , It send automatically to webroot lab for analysis ?

No, I believe that in the case of the MD5 lookup the file is just checked against the Cloud database.  But when you use the Submit a File option then the file is submittedd for analysis.

I believe that the MD5 Hash has been submitted rather than the file itself, and you just have to await the response from the Support Team.

When you use the Submit a File option, the file itself is sent. When you send an archive file (.zip, .rar, etc.) we will analyze the files within the archive.
