Webroot Secure Anywere Complete says this has a virus or is malware.
I'd like to know if this is really true and where I got it.

SearchProtect is an application distributed by Conduit and which may change your browser search settings.
We have received numerous complaints regarding this application and as such have given the program the designation of PUA (Potentially Unwanted Application).
