I have successfully downloaded Webroot Secure Anywhere Complete to my Android tablet.

To manage the App on the tablet it requires me to enter user, password and security code.  When I attempt to enter my security code, the field is auto-formatting my input to capital letters with a hyphen every 4 characters.  I can not get the field to accept my lowercase 6+ letter code.

Is this an App software mistake?

How can I get past this login if it will not accept my security code?
Hello texto,

Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum,

There seems to be a cliche somewhere and I'm going to suggest that you clean your browsers cache, history and reboot and try again to see if this still occurs with the wrong format.

Please try to follow these instructions below and see if this will correct the issue. Or you can just submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.

Can you sign into the Account Console and put in your email and password and hit can't log in?

Folllow the instructions below to reset them.

    1. Click here to access the management website.

  1. Click on the "Can't log in?" link in blue next to the Log In button.

  2. Select if you would like to reset your Password or Personal Security Code.

  3. Enter your email address in the box provided.

If after entering your email address you receive a message stating, "Your account has not been activated," you can have the activation email resent to you. Click the Resend Email button and follow the instructions in the email. If you need assistance confirming your account, click here.

  4. Type in the answer to your Security Question. This answer is case sensitive.

  5. If answered correctly, you will be sent an email with a link to reset your Password or Personal Security Code as you requested. Click the link in the email to reset your credentials. Once this is done, you should be able to log in normally.

If answered incorrectly, you will get an error message. You can try again by clicking on the Home button at the top of the page and starting from Step 2.

If you are still unable to to get the Security Question, Webroot would like to work with you over the phone to help you access your account and reset your login credentials as necessary. Call us at 1-866-612-4227 during normal business hours. Webroot's Customer Support business hours are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, MST, Monday through Friday.
Please let us know if this gets resolved or not.

Kind Rewgards,
The issue isn't in the browser, it was happening when I tried to open the newly downloaded application.  I got a screen that says "Welcome to Webroot Secure Anywhere Mobile.  Set up is quick and easy.  Create your account..."

When I tap the "Next" button at the bottom of the screen, it takes me to a screen that says "Enter the email address and password for my Webroot account along with your SecureAnywhere Complete keycode."

OKAY then - that was my problem - I misread and was trying to enter "Security Code" when I needed to enter my product's Keycode!

All is good now.

Thanks.
