I bought secure anywhere complete and I installed it on my PC and its working but when I installed the app in my mobile it says that my user credentials are not connected to the same keycode. But I entered my account and the credentials are the right ones! Help!

You have associated your Complete keycode with another email address. Please make sure that you are entering your Yahoo address as your user name and the keycode I have sent you in a private message.

Have you setup your My Webroot account if not please do so and have a look in there to see if it's setup correctly by clicking on your email address at the top right of the my webroot page and check your settings. If that doesn't work please Submit a Support Ticket to get further help.
