STILL NO WEBROOT FILTER EXTENSION!!!

Getting rather fed up now. I`ve had WSA Complete since 26th Dec 13. Nearly a month later, and I still havent had the webroot filter extension for safe browsing (which is vital as my children use the internet a lot). Ive sent support tickets etc, and done everything they suggested (installing, reinstalling, changing browser etc). I use IE11 and nothing else. Still no option pops up to enable it. It`s not even listed in the addons on IE11 (as my original WSA Antivirus had). What`s going on? How much longer do I wait? I`m seriously considering getting a refund and switching to something else. Any info greatly appreciated
