If you're using the Complete version, then it's good for up to 5 devices. (depending on license you've got).

In which case just install on new PC/Laptop like this:Having uninstalled on other (if that's best for you).

 

 

• Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  
• Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  
• Let it finish it's install scan
  
• Reboot once again
