sync and backup
I can't get my photo stream to sync or backup. It shows in the webroot box that I open to see scans but as a shortcut. The only folders I have been able to use open anywhere with are my documents and itunes. How can I back these up? I watched the video.

I am afraid thjat I am not very clear as to what the issue is as if you have managed to Backup and Sync with documents and iTunes you just have to repeat the same registration procedure for the folder that contains your photos. What am I missing in terms of your issue.
Also, you have watche the video but have you taken a look at the online help text? If not you can find the information on this here...something therein may help.
But if you could provide more detail as to what you have tried and what you are trying that has not worked we can see if we can offer any assistance.
