System Analyzer indicates AV and Antispyware installed but not protecting system?

Hello -- ran the System Analyzer today on a Win 8 box running SecureAnywhere Complete 8.0.2.127. The results surprised me as they indicated, among other things, that I had antivirus installed but not protecting the system, same with antispyware. Yet everything in SecureAnywhere indicates all systems are good.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Terry

Hello Terry,

Do you have this box checked for Windows 8 and are you using Windows Defender with WSA?

TIA,

Daniel

Hello Terry,

Have you checked the My Account tab to confirm that your key code activated correctly on that computer and that is has days remaining?

If so, and the key code is fine, you might try re-installing.

Just re-entered key code (it has days remaining) and it automatically started new scan. Waiting for results.
The thread you linked to was helpful.  I have Windows 7.  Instructions in thread, for Windows 8, and screen shot say to unclick (in Basic Configuration), "show secure anywhere in Windows Action Center. I do not see this in my account.
