system analyzer tool

I just ran the system analyzer and 2 things can back needing fixed yet it didn't tell me how to fix the problems? What should I do. I know I must have a virus because my mouse keeps freezing and my webpages keep freezing as well saying there is no response. My laptop is >1 yr old and I have this software plus emsisoft and malwarebytes. I have no idea how to fix this and I work from home so I need this laptop to work.

    Could you tell us what 2 things that are showing up with SA?
     
    Freezing can be caused by a number of issues. Are you getting any errors? When does it freeze up?
     
    EDIT you could have some bad PUAs
     
    Could you provide us with a little more information?
