Why are pop-up ads still appearing in any website I visit after the completed scan reported "no threats found"?

You need to Clear all History and Cookies in your Browser or Browsers and if you let me know which one your using I can show you how and add a Free Adblocker.

I've done "clearing the browsing history" (using Chrome), then I go into a website like eBay, for example, then all the pop-ups are back again. I have downloaded the free Adblock from Chrome, it cleaned the ads out one time, and now, that ads are back, not sure what's going on. Thanks for your time. (-; Carmen

Also under Extensions do you have the Webroot Web Filter Enabled? the number does not matter as we Beta testers are testing this new version!
