Third-Party system backup conflict with iDrive

I have a subscription to iDrive and all of my scheduled backups only achieve 4% backup before failure. Is it possible that my webroot firewall or webshield is creating a conflict?

I’ve never heard of this kind of conflict before, but you could whitelist iDrive in Webroot to make sure. 

Open Webroot and click on the cog icon next to PC Security. Then go to “Block/allow” files and then hit add file. Find iDrive and add it.
