Browsers are aggresively blocking non-supported addition of extentions to them. Luckily, Webroot is using the proper APIs but you are not assisting users in following steps to enable protection.
In Chrome, users need to be guided through hitting the three yellow bars in the top right and going down to enable the extension. Both of them.
In Internet Explorer, users have to know to click the context menu and manually enable the extensions.
What are Webroot's plans to address this?
