I have a user who called in saying whenever they tried to play a video on a training site it wouldn’t play (they could skip ahead throughout the video but the play functionality appeared to be suspended), I fired up this page on a non Webroot computer and the video played just fine, after the uninstall process completed on the user’s computer they were able to play the videos.  How do I whitelist this site for this customer?
