Hi durantash

I believe that you have had a problem with WSA/TeamViewer before (as per this previous thread).  In terms of getting TeamViewer working with WSA have you treid the advice provided in that thread?

And if so then what exactly is different between what yo are reporting now and what you reported then?

Also I am not familiar with the trial linkthat yo are using and it may be wise to use a different one, and see if that helps with the install issues.

Regards

Hello durantash and I'm sorry you are having these issues.

The download link and trial keycode would of been sent to your email address. Do you have that email

AS For Teamviewer,
Check under Active Processes as for an entry for TeamViewer_Service.exe and other .exes which are  showing as 'Allow'...make sure that is not set to 'Block'.  Same under the Firewall...under Active Connections...

Hope this helps,
Please get back to us if you need further asisstance.

WSA wont block Teamviewer by default, I have used it along with GoToAssist,LogMein, TightVNC and a number of other remote desktop programs without any issues.
