I'm trying ot upgrade my Webroot from disk. The disk loads and stays on the scan menu. It doesn't take me any further
in installing the new version.
Does anyone know how to upgrade an active subscription from the store bought disk?

The latest release is v8.0.4.131 https://community.webroot.com/t5/Release-Notes/PC-Agent-release-notes-for-version-8-0-4-131/td-p/153097 and the Disk is really not needed you can use this download link to get the latest build but I would think you have the current release already? http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe for PC's and if you have a Best Buy Subscription via Geek Squad then use this link: http://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/geeksquad-dl and if your looking for Definition updates there are none as it's all in the Cloud! http://www.brightcloud.com/platform/webroot-intelligence-network.php
