I can not access trusted websites and can not launch a new internet window since loading and activation my new Webroot SA Internet Security Complete. For several years I have used Webroot SA Internet Security Plus without any internet access issues. This is very frustrating and I can not locate any trouble shooting tips on the Webroot site(s).

Hi JohnGunmelt
Welcome to the NEW Community Forums.
Sorry to hear of your issue. This does occur occasionally...I have experienced it on a small number of occasions, and on those occasions the initial recommended course of action is as follows:
Please do a clean reinstall of WSA following these steps closely!
Please let us know if that resolves your issue? If not then you can Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.
Hope that helps?

Sorry to hear of your issue. This does occur occasionally...I have experienced it on a small number of occasions, and on those occasions the initial recommended course of action is as follows:
Please do a clean reinstall of WSA following these steps closely!
- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode but do not import any settings as you can adjust settings once the reinstall is complete.
- Let the install scan finish
- Reboot once again
Please let us know if that resolves your issue? If not then you can Submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.
Hope that helps?
