I am unable to log in to the password manager on either my Chrome or IE. I reset my password, set up the security key, and am able to log into my account on the webpage. But when i try logging in through the App in Chrome or through a prompt in IE, it always returns with "Unknown email address". The only other 'question' i found, apparently was resolved through private messages, so it was completely useless. If an admin or support person responds, i would recomend listing a few things that MIGHT be the problem. Obviously not releasing personal information, but it COULD give someone a direction to look in, if trying to find the solution themselves. Just a suggestion, i suppose.

It sounds like possibly you have not correctly set all permission for your user profile on the Console.
The key code must not be expired, and should match what you are using on the computer installation. If the Key Code expired or does not match the key code for your computer, you may need to Submit A Trouble Ticket for assistance. Changes to settings in the Account Console can take 20-30 minutes to take effect, so releax a few minutes and then try again.

- Go and log into the Console.
- Click your email address at the upper right corner.
- Choose "Manage Users" from the dropdown.
- Locate the profile (Email address) you are wanting to use to log in. Check to make sure that all permissions are set to Access or Admin.
- If these permissions are not correct, click the little "person icon" at the far right end of the profile you need to edit.
- On the next screen, click the Access & Permissions tab at the top.
- Adjust your settings here, and while you are here check the key code listed.
