I removed the icon from the tool bar and tried to remove app the finder. It asks me for my password to make changes. I typed in the password and nothing happens. It says that "moving 2 items to "trash"" but nothing is in the trash. WTH?

Uninstall doesn't work!

If you are unable to uninstall via normal methods on your Mac, the best thing to do would be to contact support so they can remote in and remove it for you.

+56What happens when you try to call it? if you PM me or James your phone number then we can enter a ticket and have support call you.
+56I just tried it and it picked up for me. You're dialing 1-866 and not 1-800 right?
+56That is strange that you're getting a different result from us. Who is your phone provider? Also, if you have another phone like a cell phone or landline, could you try it from there?
