Been using Webroot SA Complete since the summer. Yesterday I decided to manually download version 8.0.2.92 and install over the existing version (pre 8.0.2.92) on my laptop.
Since the upgrade, I get frequent pop-ups from Webroot whether or not to allow a process to access the internet. These programs have not been updated since the Webroot manual upgrade yesterday so somehow the 8.0.2.92 version forgot previously trusted processes.
So as I launch programs which access the internet, I have to click Allow on the Webroot prompt to force Webroot to remember it. OR Select in the PC Security Settings... Firewall... "Warn if new untrusted processes connect to the internet if the computer is infected".
If I recall, I did export the settings from the previous version, upgraded to 8.0.2.92, then imported the settings. So maybe this is a clue?

By the way a Wilderssecurity forum thread also reporting the same thing:

2 updates for me today - .93 and .96
I did a quick test with .93 and thought that solved it. Anyway, will now be running on .96
