View Status: Last Complete Scan
+13The “View Status” display shows the duration since the last scan. But, if the last scan was aborted, only the status “aborted” appears. In this situation, is there a way to see when the most recent scan through to completion took place?

Here is the PC User Guide and seeing Threats removed status
Now are you saying your scans aren't being completed? Did you save any log files? Could you re-run a manual scan?
