No reply from password protection routine.

What Password Protection are you looking for? Is it Webroot Password Manager? Are you having troubles installing Password Manager? Or are you talking about the purchase of WebrootSecure Anywhere Complete?

I was making application for the webroot password manager.  Submitted form and awaited key to complete the installation.  However there was no reply; I was blocked at this penultimate stage.  Art

Webroot doesn't have a Password Manager to buy separately. Webroot Password Manager comes with WSA Complete.

 

If you were blocked then that could of been a bad site. Can you tell me what the link was you were trying to purchase from?
Not trying to purchase, thought it was included in product: Webroot Secure Anywhere, claims to "protect and simplify managing online passwords".

Ok I understand now. What browser are you using? We need to check to see if the Password Manager is enabled and if it isn't we have a password manger toolbar fix if needed.
