was webroot previously the vendor of Spywareblaster?
Was Spywareblaster the original product of Webroot? I loved that program that wasn't really a program but a preset configuration set of settings and required NO RESOURCES of the pc only pre-configured SETTINGS that were upheld - problem was required regular daily and continuous updating of SETTINGS. Anyone know the answer? Please advise..

No that program was nothing to do with Webroot. It was just an ActiveX blocker dont really see the point in having a program to do that. If you want to block them you can use a number of free browser plugins or just disable them entirely.
