I'm having another problem now. When I log into my "my webroot anywhere" online account, it always shows as 0 pc's protected uder the PC Security tab.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, entered my valid and active key code upon installation.
Any thoughts on how to correct this?

I was able to find your old account and associate your new Complete keycode which resolved your issue here. The MyWebroot account can take some time to update, are you now seeing the protected devices/computers in your console?
