Webroot conflicts with Windows Mail - causing accounts to be unavailable?

I have Webroot Secureanywhere running on my Surface Pro 3 (purchased earlier this week; Webroot only installed today).  The only program I have installed today is Webroot.  Until this morning (pre-install), Windows Mail worked to sync with the three installed mail accounts (hotmail, gmail and an Exchange work/Outlook account).  Post-installation, none of the mails are syncing (they simply are listed as "unavailable").   I've tried a number of possible options to fix, and nothing seems to do the trick.  I have also turned off the realtime shield, web shield and WSA firewall to see if it started to connect again but it did not help.  I have not yet uninstalled Webroot entirely to test it that way.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Thank you.

Hi warehr

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If you have not yet done a uninstall, REBOOT, clean install (download a new version of the Webroot installer here or Best Buy from here), REBOOT...then I would recopmmend that you do so ASAP, making sure that you have your keycode to hand.  I run WSA on my Dell Venue Pro 8 tablet and have nerver experienced this issue so I am suspecting a faulty install.
