I purchased a Webroot security software in stores that can be used for 6 computers, however I am unable to download the software into my computer. It keeps telling me to purchase the software online which makes no sense because I've already purchased it in stores.

Welcome to the community!
Do you have a key code available to activate the subscription? Or are you saying that your problem is that the software is saying your key code is incorrect?
If you have a key code available, please follow these instructions:
- Download Webroot here: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/wsa-installer-download
- After downloading, open the executable file to install
- After installing, click “My account” in the software and then input your key code
If you’re still having trouble, please contact our support department by email or phone here: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/support/home-contact
They have the ability to check subscription status on the back-end.
