I'm trying to renew my Webroot Internet Security for three years, as I've done before. Following the instructions on https://support.carbonite.com/articles/Personal-Mac-Windows-Renewing-Your-Carbonite-Subscription, renewal for only one year appears, with no apparent way to change it. Assistance appreciated!

Thank you, but that doesn't work. After I login, this leads me to the same page as before,
where I can't change to more than one year -- and shows the wrong keycode to boot (pic
attached). How I am supposed to change to three years? Clicking "Renew Now" doesn't do
that.
