How do I fix this, I went and downloaded and installed Last Pass, but when I go into My Account, there is nothing for me to do there, I did try to upgrade my software but cant check out free upgrade, I do not need any added years on my subscription, thanks, please help

Hello all,

I'm still getting the issues after trying everything that you all have suggested, I'm about ready to get rid of the damn service and software...disappointed in all

Did you try contacting support? Webroot Customer Service

Or you can call: 1-866-612-4227 during the week only but the support ticket system is 24/7/365
